We worked with SLS Custom Homes and Remodeling to enlarge and update our kitchen, remove walls to open up our main floor, remodel our fireplace, remodel our primary bath and update the hall and half baths and install hardwood floors. Our experience with SLS was truly a pleasure! Steve, Jeff, Randall and everyone who helped to complete our project were friendly and professional. We could not be more pleased with the results and quality work of our remodel and the experience we had with SLS and would highly recommend them!

In 1983 we contracted SLS Custom Homes and Remodeling to build our home in Tualatin. We were extremely pleased with Steve Stolze (SLS Custom Homes and Remodeling) and his construction subcontractors. 5 years later we had Steve remodel our home adding a family room and second bathroom with the same terrific results. In 1999 we purchased a home in Sherwood and 15 years later asked Steve to do remodeling on the interior which was done with the previous expertise. Early in 2022 we contacted SLS to do a major interior remodel on our home. Jeff Stolze had recently acquired SLS Custom Homes and Remodeling from his father Steve. Jeff and his project managers enthusiastically and professionally carry on his father's legacy. Even through Covid, Jeff and his crew always met their scheduled jobs as projected. Our remodel included pushing out a portion of the back exterior wall, requiring changes in the ceiling framing, R&R the entire kitchen including new cabinets, backsplash, countertops, new large island and sink, all new built-in appliances, R&R all floors with LVP, R&R Walkin shower, painted interior rooms, constructed attached 7'X14' shed with matched siding and paint, R&R composition roofing. What's not to like about a job well done! We highly recommend SLS for any type of home construction you might be considering.

This is the 3rd time I have had them for remodeling a room. Each time the process was very smooth with limited issues and was done on time or before. Supervision of the various steps was like they would do in their own home. I would call on them again.

We have used SLS Custom homes for 20+ years. I cannot say enough good things about them. When we had a question about something 18 years later they came right out. We have used them for minor things to major remodels. They do excellent work and stand by what they do. They understand how disruptive a remodel can be for a family and do their best to leave you with everything you need in working order at the end of the day.

SLS came highly recommended to my husband and I from a family member which meant a lot to us. They lived up to that recommendation and then some. We did a kitchen, dining room and great room remodel including new cabinets, appliances, hardwood floors, paint etc... We had a fantastic project manager (thank you Randall) who was on top of every aspect of our remodel. He kept us well informed of every step along the way and was always accessible to solve any issues that came up. We were also very impressed with all the contractors SLS uses. Each one was very professional, masters at their craft and were very respectful of our home and personal spaces. They made sure everything was perfect on our project even if it meant returning multiple times. Our project turned out even better than we could have imagined it. We highly recommend the SLS team!

I highly recommend this business! I did a remodel that included my kitchen, primary bathroom, laundry room, and more. Jeff, Bruce, and Steve were great to work with from planning to execution. The project came in on time and with few surprises. They know their subcontractors and the scheduling was something I could count on. After the project was completed, they were also good about responding to me about little things that needed to be addressed. I was and am happy with their work and will use them again, if I can find anything else to remodel!

My wife and I came back to SLS, who built our beautiful home in 2001, to remodel our kitchen and update our bathrooms. Their team did an outstanding job. We are completely satisfied with the results and the professionalism displayed by the whole team was appreciated. From Erin and the office staff to the Randall and his team, we are so pleased.
