NE Portland: 3 Bedroom / 2 Bathroom Addition
This family of four in NE Portland needed their home to expand as their small children grew! We almost doubled the home's square footage, adding nearly the same square footage of the original home to the back of the house as bedrooms, a bathroom, and a hallway connecting old to new.
We replaced wood floors throughout the house, extending the fresh, updated feel of the new construction into the existing living spaces.
An addition is a great opportunity to make aesthetic updates throughout a home, and this family was able to both expand their existing home into the space they needed and update some of the original design along the way!
